Terms of Use

Educational purpose

The content on this site is general and educational. It is not individualized advice, not a recommendation, and not an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any insurance product in any jurisdiction where that would not be permitted.

Scope of services

Skyway is an independent insurance agency. We provide insurance education and insurance-product guidance. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. Consult the appropriate licensed professional for advice in those areas.

Licensing and availability

Insurance products are offered only in states where Skyway and the applicable insurance producer are properly licensed and, where required, appointed by the issuing carrier. Product features, riders, and rates vary by state and by individual circumstances, and are governed entirely by the issued contract.

Guarantees and carrier strength

Any guarantee described on this site applies only as stated in the issued contract and depends on the claims-paying ability of the issuing insurer. Insurance and annuity products are not bank deposits, are not FDIC or NCUA insured, and are not guaranteed by any federal government agency. Financial-strength ratings are opinions as of a stated date and do not guarantee future performance or the payment of claims.

External links and third-party services

This site links to third-party resources, including government sites, and embeds a third-party scheduling tool. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.

Intellectual property

The Skyway name, logo, and the text, layout, and design of this site are owned by Skyway or used with permission. You may read and print pages for personal use. Copying, republishing, or using content for commercial purposes without written permission is not permitted. Third-party marks that appear are the property of their owners.

Accuracy and changes

We work to keep this site accurate and note when pages were last reviewed, but content may become out of date. Tax figures, Medicare rules, and product terms change. Confirm current details with the authoritative source or with us before relying on them.

Limitation of liability

This site is provided on an as-is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skyway disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or reliance on its general content. Nothing here limits any obligation that cannot be limited under applicable insurance law.
