This policy describes how information is handled when you use this website or contact us through it. It reflects the site as it is actually built.

Information we collect

• Contact page: your full name and email address, which are required, and optionally your phone number, preferred contact method, topic, and message.
• Annuity quiz and report request: your first and last name, email address, and phone number, together with your answers about your retirement goal, when you expect to use the money, what matters most to you when comparing options, the general type of account the money is held in now, and an approximate amount range. You also confirm with a checkbox that Skyway may contact you.
• Records created when you request a report: the date and time of your consent, the educational result category calculated from your answers, the status of your report request, and information about how you reached the site, including the click identifier Google adds to the web address when your visit comes from one of our ads.
• Scheduling: if you book time, Calendly collects the information you enter on its page — typically name, email, and any answers you provide — under Calendly’s own privacy policy.
• Server logs: our hosting provider records standard request data such as IP address, user agent, and requested URL to serve and secure the site.

Skyway’s own site code sets no cookies and writes nothing to your browser’s storage. The annuity quiz page loads tag-management technology, which Skyway uses for measurement and attribution. Calendly may set its own cookies within its scheduling page.

How we use it

We use what you send to respond to you, to schedule and hold the conversation you requested, and to keep records required for insurance business. If you complete the annuity quiz, we also use your answers to send you the educational quiz result you asked for, to review your responses and prepare your personalized annuity report, to follow up with you about it, to keep your contact and consent record, and to understand how visitors reach us and whether our advertising leads to report requests. We do not use it for automated decision-making.

Who processes it

Third-party services used to operate this site are listed in the central site configuration and documented here: the website host, how your message or request reaches us, our email provider, the customer relationship management system that holds annuity report requests, tag-management technology on the annuity quiz page, and Calendly for scheduling. Each processes information under its own terms.

• Website hosting: Netlify.
• Contact-form delivery: the contact page composes your message in your own email client, so no third-party form service receives it. Annuity quiz and report requests work differently — they are sent to Skyway’s website infrastructure and stored in the customer relationship management system Skyway uses to manage those requests (HubSpot).
• Email delivery: messages from the contact page are sent by your own email program to info@skywayplanning.com and are received in Skyway’s email inbox. For annuity report requests, Skyway’s email provider also sends you the educational quiz result you asked for and notifies Skyway internally so the request can be handled.
• Scheduling: Calendly, under its own privacy policy.
• Analytics: the annuity quiz page loads tag-management technology (Google Tag Manager) that Skyway uses for measurement and attribution.
• Cookies: Skyway’s own site code sets no cookies. Local storage: Skyway’s own site code writes nothing to your browser’s storage.

Advertising and measurement

Some visitors reach the annuity quiz from a Skyway ad. When that happens, the click identifier Google adds to the web address is recorded with your report request so we can tell which advertising produced it, along with a note of where the request came from. The quiz page also records that a report was requested — without your name, contact details, or answers attached — so we can measure how many visitors complete it.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Information may be shared with an insurance carrier when you ask us to obtain a quote or submit an application, with service providers acting on our behalf, or where required by law.

Medicare and health-related information

Neither the contact page nor the annuity quiz asks for health information, Medicare numbers, Social Security numbers, or financial account numbers. The quiz asks only for an approximate amount range, never an account balance, an account number, a login, or a financial document. Please do not send any of those through this site. If a Medicare or underwriting discussion later requires that information, we will explain what is needed and how it will be handled before you provide it.

Retention

We keep messages only as long as needed to respond and to satisfy insurance recordkeeping requirements. You can ask us to delete your message at any time using the contact details below.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are transmitted encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we make no guarantee that any transmission is fully protected.

Your choices

• You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
• You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
• Because we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is no such activity to opt out of. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated and an opt-out mechanism will be provided.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law. We apply the choices above to everyone who asks.
