What we build against, and how to tell us when something does not work.

Our commitment
Much of what this site explains matters most to people in their sixties and seventies, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or captions. We treat access as part of the work, not an afterthought.
The standard we build against
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We are not claiming perfect conformance: parts of this site are new, and embedded third-party content such as the scheduling calendar is not fully under our control. Where a third-party component creates a barrier, we provide a direct alternative — the scheduling page includes a plain link, a phone number, and an email address.
What we have built in
- A skip link to the main content, and a single main landmark on every page.
- Keyboard access to every control, with visible focus, and no keyboard traps.
- Accessible names on links and buttons, and form fields with visible labels, autocomplete, and inline error messages.
- Text sized for comfortable reading, with legal and disclosure text kept at readable sizes.
- Respect for the reduced-motion setting in your operating system.
Tell us if something does not work
If any part of this site is hard to use, or if you would like information in another format — large print, plain text, or over the phone — contact us and we will provide it and fix the barrier. info@skywayplanning.com · 888-856-5155
