Comparison data notice

Updated October 30, 2026 · snapshot-v2 · consent-v4

This notice explains the Protect & Grow / Generate Income comparison and research-request experience. It supplements Skyway’s Privacy Policy, including its information about service providers, contact preferences and access/deletion requests.

Explore without sending a request

The comparison application keeps your choices in page memory. It does not send the comparison answers to Skyway until you submit the contact form with affirmative contact permission. An approximate amount range and, on the income path, age range are optional. You may choose “Prefer not to say.” Do not enter account numbers, exact balances, birth dates or account credentials.

What accompanies a consented report request

Netlify Functions process the request. A bounded copy of the latest consented request is saved with the HubSpot Contact, and an associated request Note and Skyway internal notification are attempted. That copy includes the submitted contact details, actual selected state, pathway, optional ranges, actual answers, consent evidence, request identifier and available attribution. It protects research details if a Note or notification fails. The form stays unavailable if its required backup configuration is not ready. It is not an unlimited historical archive: later requests can replace the latest copy. The associated Note records request history when successful. Google email services deliver the acknowledgment and internal notification. The prospect acknowledgment does not repeat the comparison ranges. These data do not establish suitability or authorize an insurance application.

Measurement and educational calculations

The V3 application’s progress and confirmed-request events do not contain contact details, individual answers, amount/age ranges, request IDs or click IDs. Educational and research-CTA events distinguish only the growth or income pathway; viewing a snapshot or requesting to open the contact form is not a lead conversion. Campaign and click attribution is handled separately. This does not mean hosting or measurement providers receive no technical information; the Privacy Policy describes their roles. The fixed educational examples distinguish assumed annual-compounding sensitivity from one-period FIA crediting rules. Their percentages are not current carrier offers or forecasts. They exclude fees, taxes and withdrawals; charges can reduce actual or accessible value. Income dollar equivalents show only what one percentage point means for an illustrative amount—not an income goal, safe withdrawal rate or carrier payout. Example amounts are not your stated balance. No numerical assumption or calculated result is included in the request. Actual rates and lifetime-income illustrations require separate, current, state-appropriate research.

Optional deeper exploration

Links to the separately owned Rate Center explorers are disabled until their exact routes are released and verified. This version transfers no answers between the tools and puts no state, age, amount, contact information or financial goals into explorer URLs or analytics. A future same-origin handoff requires a separately reviewed contract and consent boundary.

Recovering an interrupted request

This version uses this browser tab’s session storage for an opaque request identifier, pending/confirmed status, completion booleans and a conversion-event marker. It does not store your name, email, phone, answers, amount range or attribution there. The receipt survives refresh in the same tab and normally ends when that tab’s session is closed. It cannot guarantee duplicate prevention across new tabs, devices or cleared storage. Do not share the receipt identifier: it permits a limited status check, not access to your contact information. If the result is uncertain, check its status or contact Skyway before submitting again.

This release uses the existing HubSpot Contact/request-ID checks, not a separate request database or storage coordinator. Recognized sequential retries do not resend Notes or emails. Two requests arriving at the same time can still overlap. The Contact copy includes a payload digest to recognize changed reuse of the latest identifier; a digest is pseudonymous, not anonymous. Status recovery returns only confirmation flags, not contact information or answers. An absent search result can reflect indexing delay or a later request, so it never authorizes automatic resubmission. If Contact capture succeeds but details or delivery cannot be verified, the page reports that limited outcome and directs you to reconcile the original request rather than send another one. A recovered confirmation does not prove that a Note or email completed.

Hosting and operational logs can contain technical request identifiers and processing/error categories. The application does not intentionally log contact details or individual comparison answers. Existing HubSpot, email and hosting access controls and recordkeeping policies apply; this release adds no automatic deletion schedule and makes no unlimited-retention or zero-provider-logging promise.

Contact permission and fulfillment

The form explains how Skyway uses your information for the requested research and follow-up. The separate checkbox records permission for phone or email contact on the selected topics; it is not a condition of buying a product. This form does not enroll you in a separate newsletter or ongoing marketing sequence. You can withdraw contact permission using the methods below.

Facebook and Instagram follow-through

A designated native-form follow-through link makes this website visit education-only, so it does not submit another website report request or successful-lead event. A link alone does not verify your identity, consent, form receipt or CRM status. Meta form handling and native lead delivery require their own approved disclosures and integration.

Your choices and next steps

Comparison requests are welcome from all 50 U.S. states. Your selected state is included in the associated request Note and internal notification, with a licensing and appointment review flag. Accepting a request does not mean Skyway is licensed nationwide or that a product is available in your state. Skyway verifies required licensing, appointments and product availability before solicitation, individualized product recommendations or other regulated activity.

Optional appointment calendar

After a fully confirmed research request, you may choose to open the existing Calendly calendar on the success screen. It is not loaded during the questionnaire or before you choose to open it. The calendar permits a separate optional 30-minute educational Zoom conversation; no appointment is required for your written comparison. Booking does not establish state clearance. Skyway checks applicable requirements before any regulated consultation.

Opening the calendar connects your browser to Calendly, whose services may receive technical information such as your IP address and use cookies under Calendly’s privacy notice. Skyway does not automatically prefill contact details, transfer research answers, ranges, state, attribution or request identifiers to this calendar. Any details you choose to enter there are a separate scheduling submission. Opening it does not submit another Skyway research request or successful-lead conversion. This version does not independently track or verify appointment completion; a displayed calendar is not proof of a booking.

No appointment or purchase is required. A licensed agent personally updates confirmed requesters within one business day; the separately researched report follows by email. To stop contact or request access, correction or deletion, use the methods in the Privacy Policy, email info@skywayplanning.com or call 888-856-5155. Existing recordkeeping obligations may require limited retention.
